Get Ready: Part 2

Today we discovered the first leak.  We think it is around the fan housing.  The caulking was failing in that area.  Our fix only took about one hour -- hope it holds -- air temp was only 50 degrees.  Time will tell.

When it comes off like this -- it ain't doing much
